WYO HELP is now coordinating services for The Salvation Army in Carbon and Goshen Counties. The requirements for receiving assistance from The Salvation Army may be different than other programs provided by WYO HELP. Please note that The Salvation Army only allows a rent payment once in a lifetime and utility payments require that all other resources be used first. For this reason, we are focusing on other assistance programs that can be provided.
