Victim & Witness Program
The Carbon County Sheriff's Victim & Witness Program administers WYO HELP-supported assistance for Carbon County residents and helps applicants understand available assistance, eligibility requirements, and required documentation.
You do not need to be a victim of crime to seek WYO HELP-supported assistance through this program. Eligible Carbon County residents may apply regardless of victim status.

Complete a W-9 when the Carbon County program requests taxpayer information from a landlord, business, or other payment recipient.
