The bylaws of Goshen Help DBA WYO HELP stipulate that our board is to be a tripartite board. 1/3 members must be elected officials representing the areas we serve, 1/3 members must be from the general community and consist of business leaders, faith group leaders, service groups, fellow agencies, and 1/3 members must be made up of clients we serve or representative of those clients by virtue of their employment or previous experience.

The WYO HELP board currently consists of up to 12 positions with a minimum of 6. Terms consist of 3 years. Board members are volunteers.
