Donations
The document below is our letter from the IRS stating that we are a 501(C)3.
Your donations help us do more in your communities. While we are new to some of your communities we have had a pretty large impact in Goshen County in a very short time. Donations in each county will be used to support our work in that county. The following are some of the things that your donation could allow us to do in your community.
Rent or utility payments for families in need but may not qualify for our other funding resources.
Auto repair to help families have the ability to keep their job and support their family.
Minor home repairs to help their home be safe.
Emergency food.
Hotel stays in a crisis event.
Minor medical like hearing aids, dentures, eyeglasses, dental, emergency outpatient
Your local donations may also be used to help support food pantries in your county.
Your donation allows us to cash flow everything we do. Our grants are reimbursement grants which means we have to spend the money to get the money. The more we do means the more money we need on hand. We are starting to spend over $30,000 a month. It also allows us to leverage more donations and grants. If you look at our financial reports you will see that in 2018 we were able to turn $77,500 into $129,000 and in 2019 we took $87,500 and turned it into $382,000 in contributions and that was just for Goshen County. By the way we gave a value of $316,000 to Goshen County. We are able to do that because we spend well. We have very little in true administration costs. Most of our expenses are directly related to the services we provide the communities we serve.
We look forward to serving your community, but we need your partnership to do more.
