Type of Skills Desired: Members served by Goshen HELP or other government assistance programs, members of community based organizations, faith-based organizations, private sector, and educational sectors.
Meeting Times: As Needed
Responsibilities:

1. Customer Input & Involvement 
   1. ​Review participation of customers in programs and activities
   2. Determine how to increase participation of customers in programs and activities
   3. Determine how to increase participation in customer surveys.
2. Community Engagement 
   1. Determine how to begin or improve partnerships with other existing agencies within your county.
   2. Ensures partnerships include community based organizations, faith-based organizations, private sector, public sector, and educational sectors.
   3. Ensures agency activities and results are communicated to communities served.
   4. Ensures volunteers and hours are documented.
3. Maximum Feasible Participation
   1. ​Assists with collecting data if needed for needs assessments within your county.
4. County Level Oversight
   1. ​Provide oversight of volunteers serving in your county.
   2. Provide oversight of any county specific programs operating in your county.
   3. Provide oversight of fundraising efforts within your county.
