Washakie County Holiday Donation Station Page!

We are still determining the location for our station in Washakie County. It will be announced once it is finalized.
To schedule your appointment please select your desired date and any available time slot for that day. Please arrive a few minutes early for your shift so you can get ready.

When you arrive at the location the station will either be outside with a volunteer or inside the store by the front door. Please take the station outside to set up. Please set up out of the direct path of traffic. You should find 2 aprons and 2 bells. Please return the station back inside the store if another volunteer doesn't show up when you leave.
Remember to be cheerful! Don't be aggressive. Don't pressure. Just smile and lightly ring the bell. Wish them a Merry or Happy Christmas. Please do not use your phone, eat, or smoke while supporting our Holiday Donation Station. If you need to sit due to your health please bring a suitable chair. Please dress accordingly for the weather.
You are invited to play suitable Christmas music on low so as to not disturb customers. You may play an instrument or sing carols so long as it is not a disturbance. If the store asks you to stop, please comply.
All donations will stay in your county and will be used to support WYO HELP and our various resources we provide to families.
