The Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) supports local organizations working to reduce poverty and improve stability for low-income individuals and families. WYO HELP invites qualified organizations in Carbon, Crook, Goshen, Niobrara, Washakie, and Weston counties to apply as subgrantees.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
Yes, WYO HELP will work with you to make sure that you are able to complete the requirements.
HOW MUCH IS AVAILABLE?
The actual amounts are still being determined but the following are estimates of availability. The amounts may be awarded to one entity if sufficient need can be proven or to multiple entities if the amounts needed are smaller. Subgrantees should be aware that the grant management process is the same regardless of the amount secured.
Carbon County - $42,000
Crook County - $13,000
Goshen County - $47,000
Niobrara County - $10,000
Washakie County - $24,000
Weston County - $20,000

- Health, Nutrition, Counseling
- Senior & Disability Support

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
- Clients served by CSBG must have income under 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Income Documents are required and supporting documentation must be present.
- Subgrantee must submit a complete application package.
- Register with SAM.GOV and have a UEI.
- Sign a subrecipient agreement with Goshen HELP DBA WYO HELP.
- Track and report client outcomes.
- Submit financial and programmatic reports
- Participate in monitoring and evaluation
- Maintain documentation for client eligibility and services.
- Enter information into our software systems.
