Eligibility Requirements
- CSBG Pantry
- Income must be at 125% of Federal Poverty Guidelines or less. May be up to 200% depending on status of Federal Continuing Resolutions.
- Income documents must be on file to support amount stated.
- Income documentation must include the last 30 days.
- Paystubs - Monthly = 1 paystub, Bi-Weekly = 2 paystubs, Weekly = 4 paystubs.
- SSI or SSDI = Current Benefit letter for 2025 or 2026.
- Income documentation must include the last 30 days.
- Income Certification from must be completed on file. If there is no income for any adult in the home this must be stated on this form.
- A resident of our service area. If no address is available, then other documents may be used to verify residency.
- A form of ID to establish identity. If ID is not available then another form of Identification may be used.
- TEFAP Pantry
- Income must be at 185% of Federal Poverty Guidelines or less.
- Sign affidavit before shopping.
- CSFP Evergreen Boxes
- 60 Years of age or older
- 130% of Federal Poverty Guidelines or Less
- Must sign up through the Food Bank of Wyoming at https://wyomingfoodbank.org/about/programs/older-adults/
- Food Gift Cards
- Limited to one food card per household per fiscal year (October 1st - September 30th)
