Apply for HELP

In order to receive services from WYO HELP you must be complete an application. When you apply you will be asked to provide information about yourself and/or your family, your income, and your need. Please be prepared to provide the last 30 days of income or to complete our declaration document explaining your lack of income. You will also be asked to provide a release of information so that we can discuss your need with other interested parties that may be involved in your need.

Please note that CSBG Grant funds for Washakie County and Weston County have been fully spent for the 2025 Grant Year. We expect those funds to be available in October 2025. The following funds remain available.
Carbon CSBG Funds
Crook CSBG Funds
Goshen CSBG Funds
Niobrara CSBG Funds
Washakie TANF Funds.
